"I didn't receive an answer
within 24 hours!"
Please give me at least 24 hours to answer your request. I promise that I will
answer your request as soon as I can. If you do not hear back from me within 24
hours, there may have been a problem with either your email, or our response

"I didn't receive my game!"
First please understand that except where explicitly stated there is no physical product
(e.g.: CD) shipped.
After purchasing from the US software vendor BMT Micro Inc., you will receive a download link
to the game immediately after your payment has been processed.
When you buy by credit-card, the link will be instantly displayed on the
website after finalizing the order and emailed to the email account you
entered in the order form. For all other payment methods your download
link will be emailed to you once you payment has been received.
If you can't find it in your email
account your email provider might have an anti-spam filter in
place that filtered it out. In this case you should contact us

Some browsers have problems downloading large files. This can result in the
download being interrupted in the middle of the process without you even
noticing. In this case the downloaded .exe is incomplete and cannot install the
